Shredded Mexican Pork, Tex Mex Chicken & Rice Soup, Brown Sugar Brisket

Produce
Garlic
2 Onions
Lettuce cups or tortillas for shredded pork
2 veggie sides

Meat
1-1 1/2 lb. pork roast
1 lb. chicken breasts
1 3-5lb. brisket

Dairy
Shredded cheddar cheese (garnish)

Pantry
1 1/4 cups enchilada sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 package taco mix
2 cups chicken stock
Instant brown or white rice
1 can corn or 1 cup frozen corn
Brown sugar
4 cups Apple juice
Yellow mustard
