Balsamic Pork Tenderloin, Simply Great Chicken, Asian Mixed Rice Cashew Chicken

PRODUCE
Pineapple chunks
Lemons for juice

MEAT
A package of 2 pork tenderloins (about 1/2 lb ea.)
About 3 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken (I've used both thighs and breasts)
1 (5 ounce) chicken breast filet, sliced to strips

PANTRY
garlic powder (or 1 T sauteed minced garlic)
onion powder
oregano
thyme or rosemary
parsley
salt & pepper
balsamic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
1 ( 0.7 ounce) packet of dried Italian dressing mix (such as Good Seasonings)
brown sugar
roasted red peppers
brown rice
soy sauce

OTHER
cashews (raw) but you could use roasted
bag of frozen peas
