Seared Salmon, Croc Pot Balsamic Pork, Chicken Tortilla Soup

Produce
1 1/2 lb new red potatoes
1 1/2 lb baby spinich
2 large shallots
Fresh Taragon
1 lb of green beans
1 Onion
2 Garlic gloves
Cilantro
Green onion
Avocado

Meat/Protein
4 6-8oz salmon filets
2 lb boneless pork shoulder roast
2 boneless chicken breast halves

Dairy
Shredded jack cheese

White wine
Butter
Canola Oil
Apple cider vinegar
Chicken broth
Dijon mustard
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic Powder
Red pepper flakes
Balsamic vinegar
Worcestershire Sauce

Brown rice/wild rice

1 280z can crushed tomatoes
Canned corn
Hominy
Green chili peppers
Black beans
Corn chips


I usually make roasted green beans and wild rice to go along with the pork.
